We are pleased to announce the winner of Kingstonist’s Greatest Photo Contest (December 2016 edition)! Over the past two weeks, a cast of new and familiar local photographers have been duking it out in an effort to earn bragging rights, as well as the top prize (a $50 gift certificate to either Camera Kingston or Kingston Frameworks). Once again, our readers responded with great enthusiasm, propelling mkutz2011 to the top in a very tight race against the many other talented competitors.
